all things come to those who wait ! after Gesef took over you could tell that Gesef mates were hungry for shares ... but they were put them in there place when the threat of the take over wouldnot going through due to too high a share price... so the shares have fallen back or even be capped ... so wait for about 2 months after this deal goes through before you make a decision on selling - as from experience if some one it trying to hide its controlling interests then something is up! games are being played here ... people are setting themselves up for positions slowly by not taking the offer as frustrated shareholders give up and sell out.
