    LONDON (Dow Jones)--Kimberley Diamond Company NL Wednesday confirmed it is in discussions that involve a potential takeover of Kimberley at a price of 70 cents cash per share but that final agreement has not been reached and the Company will announce further details as soon as it is in a position to do so.
