Request for Trading Halt – Molopo Australia Limited
Molopo Australia Limited (“Molopo”) is considering a capital raising that would involve the
placement of ordinary shares. Molopo requests that the ASX grant a ‘Trading Halt’ in the
Company’s securities in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.
The Placement will be conducted over the next two working days – 19 th July and 20 th July. The
Company requests that the Trading Halt remains in effect until the earlier of the announcement of
the placement of ordinary shares described above is made, or the commencement of trading on the
ASX on Monday 23 rd July 2007.
