came across some announcements from Artemis Resources .

They recently went for a CR of 3mil at 12.66c per share. at the time their SP was 15c or so. which is a discount of around 15% .... since then the SP has risen to 17c.

as you can see from my number of posts im no expert on these things. not sure if there is any relevance to MCT's situation or if there were other factors at play with ARV.

just an observation.
