With only 10 stock holdings disclosed at the start of July, amounting to only 28% of the CTN portfolio, it is guess work to estimate the change in value over July.
My guess is that the portfolio gained a whopping 0.16%.
That would scale the before tax value from $1.016 to $1.017 and the after tax value from $0.96 to $0.961.
Whoopee! The XSO is up 0.26% in the same period.
I managed to off load a handful of CTN at $0.96 20 Jul when someone had a rush of blood.
I think I got the better end of that deal.
But who knows, CTN might come out tomorrow an announce a portfolio that is chock full of winners.
My list of selected swafs were up 0.72% through July and swafs with F-score 8 and above were up 1.98%
I think I should be running CTN's portfolio!
Things may have improved a bit for CTN since the end of July.
My guesstimate is that, as of 4 Aug, the CTN portfolio is up 1.4%
The XSO is within a bee's dick of flat over the same period.
With the paucity of data available on the CTN stock holdings, these estimates are scarcely better than random guesses.
We will know for certain how July went, when the fat lady sings in the next day or three.
