I still think this saga is not over!

Other bidders are a firm reality as are further sweeteners. If not, then so be it!

KIM has some quality assetts and GEM is getting them very cheaply at these levels. There is no doubt in my mind (as I have written previously)that this has been a cunningly orchestrated plan to fleece shareholders who purchased at higher levels.
The KIM board have just been too easy to capitulate.....maybe they really have their suitcases stashed full of yellow diamonds that no one knows about.....hehehehe
