of course if they sign 150 doctors under new contracts with an out after a shorter period of time and things remain as they have been , it is likely that your 150 turns into 50 after a year, also to make sense they need to be balanced against the deficit that exists already of 250, so they are still 100 down. These facts are not reported which brings me back to the concept of spin. Unless both sides of an equation are reported it means nothing, they have NOT quoted the attrition rate. Could it possibly be that they are bending the truth ?
