    Bottom line is is that KIM needs cash to weather margin squeeze and repayment requirements. They could either try and raise again money at say 50c, sell holding in BDI, or look for a sugar daddy. Personally i would have thought selling BDI was a possibility, but I don't know.

    Does KIM need to commission an independent report on whether offer is F&R?
