A consolidation would have to go with a hefty raise - its hard to see where the funds would come from given the company is basically starting from scratch.
Given the poor cash position, they have no sleeves left to hold any aces trying to negotiate raising further capital and any decent capital raise may make this more likeable for a ligitation funder to run their eye over.
