From my "online stockbroker" it appears now that there are 36.6 million AVL shares "on offer" by the sellers.
So I reckon that a 10 to 1 consolidation would reduce that to 3.66 million shares "on offer".
Also I reckon that 2 Billion is 2000 Million.
Therefore 10 to 1 consolidation of 2 Billion would end up as 200 Million.
During my life, I have come to the conclusion, that counting the zeros is very important.
