We can disagree, that's what a forum is all about - healthy discussion. Sure the market can be irrational at times, no doubting that, but a good team at the helm will take the required steps and make smart decisions to turn things around. Still waiting to see if that will happen in that space, looks like it will be a slow grind if and when it ever happens - there'll be a lot of overhang to work through with each rise.

IMO Gary hasn't proven to be the right man for the job thus far. If he was, we wouldn't be sitting at near all time lows. He's had a long time to build shareholder value and he hasn't been successful for whatever reasons people choose to believe.

So the question is, how long should shareholders persist with him? How many years does he need? Do we need bring in someone with proven credentials building from the ground up?Rhetorical questions but they will need answering at some point. Not the same as working for a major.

I'm slightly concerned that the T20 has become quite transient in the 12 months too. It's become a bit sloppy compared to only a year ago. RCF remain strong at the top, hopefully he can keep the trust with them and sell the story otherwise we'll all be in trouble.

Having such a large holder is usually a good thing, but it can be a company killer if they choose to liquidate too.
