Maybe they are trying to drop the price as low as they can for their CR. (Wonder who the "sophisticated investors" will be?) Can't CHP price recovering until they set a price per share for the Capital Raise. At the moment it sits at $2Million worth of shares at a discounted share price, which is not stated. That probably equates to about .004 if they announced the CR that was approved at the last meeting now. Dire. They should have announced the CR price, and things might not have got so bad, but seems they have their own agenda.
