    I'm interested in how this dilution will serve to improve the fundamentals of the company.

    I was hoping for some sort of strategic investment to help with RaaS for instance, but this seems to just be aimed at NYSE listing which to me has no bearing on fundamentals and just an added distraction.

    Considering you're self proclaimed superior intellect - I'm all ears.
