Bond participants were entitled to a structuring fee (amount not stated but would be a lot) and the issue of 72.6m shares for free (based on current market price circa $12- 13m) as well as 72.6m 5 year oppies at a strike price of a 30% discount to the market price at the time of the initial funds advance (another say $4m nominally but probably valued by Black Scholes as a truckload more). No doubt the broker would be in for a large facilitation fee as well. All in all a very large amount of money for a (very expensive) loan of $USD 110m.
Bet that stock and the options do not stay too long with the financiers.
