Did some background research.
My research suggests DDR contacts are exclusive for particular products of those manufacturers as per their ASX announcements. So Amazon can't resell those specific products in Australia and NZ.
Those manufacturers also have other "retail" type products which they may be sold for example, through a Harvey Norman retailer type distributor. Amazon can attack those type of retailers as those products are not exclusive says my research.
But as always do your own research to confirm what I found out.
