The smart ones with the money are giving the staleholders the full cleanse.
Always a good idea to buy when the stock is relatively low key and best of all, cheap.
Most will say they will put this on the watchlist and sit on sidelines for now, yet by the time they choose to buy, it's probably too late. I'm sure something like that has happened to most of us before.
