What happens when the US authorities start looking at the NY branch they could face billions on fines in the US alone
I used to hold this stock and glad I got out.
this is just the start of major investigations by various global regulators into CBA.
I suspect they should be provisioning for potential regulatory fines and costs but the management appear to be clueless and it will be shareholders who will pay.
My view is this is heading below $76
