Greater Pacific Gold Acquires Prescingot

Greater Pacific Gold announced that it has acquired 100% of Prescingot for an issue of 55m FPO GPN shares and 55m GPN options in the same class of existing GPN listed options. The company advised further that Prescingot holds a 20% interest in Apogei, which owns the West Arnhem Tenure (ELA 25638-Gumadeer & ELA 25645-Table Hill) and McKeddies (MCN 668-671). Effectively this means GPN owns 20% of the tenements known as the West Arnhem Tenure and 20% of the tenements known as McKeddies.
