imho, no CEO ever resigns of their own accord within a year of taking the job unless;

- They were lied to in the interview and they discover the business is based on puffery
- They were unable to form working relationships with the Chairman and/or board and the role is untenable

If neither of the above were the reasons, CEO resignations within a year for 'personal reasons' are sackings being dressed up to protect the reputations of those who selected the CEO and maintain share price.

Either way, it's not positive for IMU - particularly when you consider the failure they have displayed in keeping any CEO in their business in recent years.
