I would speculate market sees limited downside at current SP
These types of stocks are speculative punts for me
But I like how management have conducted themselves as well in the last 6 months
Trying to prove up a new resource is time consuming and expensive, have struck out on lithium so far, now lets see how cobalt goes, mad scramble to secure cobalt supply contracts going on atm.
