    I believe management would have known the flawed data. How could they have not known when the integrity of the testing was paramount to the success of the enterprise. They should have fixed the 'bugger' data gathering before fronting the FDA, rather than taking the risk they did, aka Theranos approach. Sorry for the losses by many, hope there is SP relief in the future for you.
