It's a good thing for AVQ that SMM are gone, but what does it really mean for the potential awarding of Isabel?

After years of getting it wrong, maybe some insiders do actually know. ...and that is just more evidence of the insider knowledge and nepotism that has characterised AVQ from the beginning.
