I'm keen to know their explanation on why the results were so bad. Because of not one but three hospitals insisting the tests be done in their usual environment rather than controlled environment (rules or protocol done here in AU) that they may have been embarrassed by poor results hence the email earlier by BL (or was it TK?) that hospital staff were keen or more positive than RAP management to retrial again.

Hospital staff may have realised they can work better in controlled environment rather than their usual realistic environment (ie noisy and people coughing nearby etc).
