i did not attribute a cause however the mining bust certainly has a part to play.
the govt is now being called upon to get the outer harbour going but considering the dithering idiots we ghave as politions that wont happen for generations.
mcgowan said he would have a rethink over roe 8 - what happened to that decision? and should the outer harbou go ahead what roads are going to be used for the increased traffic? they need roe 8 whether they agree or not. there isnt a road further south that would be suitable.
