I agree with your explanation,well done.
There is no relationship between ARV and NOVO,at present,but subject to certain conditions being satisfied,there may be in the future. Ed Mead,as a senior geologist and competent person of ARV,would have to be satisfied with the validity of all the statements made by NOVO in that announcement.ASX listing rules must be observed for ARV to release an announcement.
