This is not accuracy just confirmation bias. If you're leaving a high paying job in a think tank it means he has little job satisfaction due to the lack of direction and purpose NITI Aayog has. I recall that there was some sentiment that it was a major boon for the company to be subject to this lengthy and pointless review but we now realise it's an utter waste of time and unfortunately our money. The clock ticks, the money goes and the company SP goes lower and lower.
