Wellington are at it again. They are sitting on a tidy profit having taken a large shareholding a while ago at a much lower SP.
I guess they can't help themselves to use their BLG holding as an ATM to fund other investments. Their last sell down was reported in Feb - 6 months ago
They have previously sold down regardless of any news coming out of BLG. On 12 Aug 2015 they sold $117k @ 8.33 cents.
Now they have slipped under the substantial shareholder threshold, any "ATM" withdrawals will not be notified. In 2015, the "ATM" withdrawal finished on 12 Aug. Perhaps they are almost done now. Only time will tell.
The BLG-300 upgrade complete news was not rewarded at all in the BLG SP. Wellington were selling and there is also other interesting trading occurring. Someone likes to buy and then sell a bit so that the price doesn't move.
