its a placement to one entity, who will probably takeover the company, if the drill results are as expected
there are only 28M shares going into loose hands (Hartlys clients), which is a blip
this is not a usual capital raising, where the subscribers sell on market
except for the 28M shares, there will be no selling from the 7 cent raising
no profit taking
