Not the least bit. I have always remained confident that Axiom are the best to complete this task with RM at the helm. This seems to irk you! Are you genuinely not happy to see you portfolio rise and the nearing completion of what you invested in?
Axiom's behaviour has been clean and quite decisive. The courts NEVER ruled in Sumitomo's favour, which identifies that their blatant attempt to illegally access a 4th Tenement while land banking on the others. Quite simply, the processes were not followed and allowed the court to rule on this. Since that time Axiom HAVE gained the respect of landowners.
Of course we blame Sumitomo and the pathetic nonsense they produced and continue to produce. Let's hope that is all now history!
