If the full rebate was forthcoming then we would have seen insiders buying.
It will be a good gauge of the competence of the regulators, the ATO has also been tipped off that this company is under investigation on multiple fronts and it would be unwise to dish out a wad of cash to a company under investigation for fraud and other misconduct.
A bad outcome should be lights out although I'm sure there will at least be one or two more chapters still to play out.
