Hi mboose. If SMM walked away 18 months ago, AVQ will be mining right now. They decided to appeal the HC decision, then walk away. I am not negating the CoA decision, but at the end of the day all SMM has done is delay the people of SI what is rightfully theirs. All for what. What a waste of time and money. Like I said, if you're not wanted, your not wanted. AVQ has tried to do business the right way. In the end, good always prevails
Now, I'm not sure what you're beef with this situation is. This is a feel good story for every Australian. A small little Aussie battler, going out in the world and doing it the fair dinkim' Aussie way, taking on the might of Asia, who pulled out all stops, and winning
