As I see things, West Net Rail ( now owned by Bad---- and Brown) proposes to Build a Railway to Wiluna to service GWR . West Net Rail don't want competition to their Railway Prosposal,and would like to have MIS Spurred into using West Net Rail.
Bad---- and Brown purchased the West. Aust. Rail Network off Westfarmers some short time back and it looks as though they did not read the Fine Print, and now want the W.A. Government to overhaul an Agreement which stands in the favor of MIS.
I'm sure the Court would see things in favor of MIS !
