Timelines go back for years, there was even one (I think from memory) about royalties from tenting in about 2012 and the timelines you talk of are only a couple, there's been plenty of others for a long time.
Eventually some will come through but things like that carpet announcement we had in 2016 then it was never mentioned again, at least not in detail so one can only imagine it disappeared, scepticism is built around not having reasons for these types of announcements just disappearing from the face of the earth!
