Etrade allows your yearly statement to be downloaded in excel format. I would have thought other on line brokers would do the same. Your accountant is only interested in your cash transactions from 1 July to 30 June to work out your tax obligations. In the case of SMSF's you should also provided copies of contract notes for audit purposes plus dividends received for franking credits.
