I don't see this as being a major competitor. The MinXray doesn't seem versatile at all. It's geared towards disaster relief and 3rd world applications. The form factor of the nano is completely different.
Micro-X have a big advantage with their technology, patents, the team, support from state government, and future developments. Once they crack the military market, that will see them in a very good position.
