PNA was definitely buy on rumour. Check the wed afternoon trace. It was just that this news came a bit more shorter notice then the previous ones, so it moved on wed rather than a few days before.
Also, PNA's news takes a few days to propagate, hence you see a slight disparity in the market action - selling on news on Friday down to 76 then up again. Check the time course of sale to the second.
PNA is very regular this way. It's great to short it half a day after the news is out. But I am expecting it to change as it's being re rated.
