What is interesting (and of course there is no way of knowing) is: did MtK sell them 5% of the company for cheap -- or did they sell them the shares with the warning that they were going to further dilute these holdings with future debt conversions? Is this why they only sold the debt conversion for a 12.5% return? Guess we will find out in the coming months.
