In early 2013, Legend almost sold all their shares, 59 M shares @0.21/0.22 to 6 Singaporean / Malaysian investors for a total of $12.74M. Today MED market value only worth 1,505M x 0.006 = $9 M. Strangely enough those investor paid huge sum of money without asking a seat on the Board. Now Gutnick Group holds 213M 14.16% and in control . the top 40 shareholders hold over 50%. how many of them are related, is a secret? by means of convertible notes to increase their control, MED will continue to survive. IMO sp suppressed awaiting for another capital raising, possibly after diamond auction.
