If that is the case and FIL are happy to hold, I imagine they would have taken the opportunity to pick up a lot more shares and lower their average price to probably low teens. There was some rather large buy and sell orders going through and I wouldn't imagine to many retailers would have been buying at this stage. Traders yes, investors probably not.
