in my opinion the majority shareholders,top 20, do not want to see the share price to increase .hence no announcement of results will have any effect on the share price.the stock is illiquid.they want a further CR similar to the last with 8billion shares on issue and their shareholding increase to 80-90% of the company.an average companies top 20 would hold maybe 40-50%.therefore the takeover will not be from without but from within.what to do ?I am following the example of majority shareholders and doing nothing, absolutely not purchasing another share and will sell at 17cents if no better offer after all a myriad of projects.
