Thats it ! the sign of the end of Looksmart as a public company is clear... Looksmart will be soon in private hands...changing of ownership will be sooner than I expected.
Well, the Thornleys will come out ahead and I am sure they are now willing to sell.. and I wish them all the best.
At this price. I think it will be swallow up in a few months time.
With USD 60M in cash with no debt... no chance for it to go under...
I am game to have a big bet on Lok... hopefullly the AUD will not gain more ground on the USD...
