Having suitable remote locations in Portugal must be very good for the whole business. There appears little disruption to Portuguese life or rural community.
That is very interesting about 30 permits. Clever business to spread the risk and let competition slowly accumulate to the better/best mining companies. I dont think having a pocket full of cash will get you first place. I feel being a responsible miner who realises it must have a healthy partnership with Govt will get the most assistance. That makes me feel a little more comfortable.
NLI needs to show Portugal it has the goods and the management.
