I'm sure, this is the work for the Anteo BOD at the moment. I think JV is looking only for the operatings at DIA, not more. So, our Australian guys make the business.
Timbo....if the Board isn't sitting on a few offers for DIA right now I would be astounded....and if they aren't in discussions with potential partners, interested acquirers etc, etc, causing them to button their lips until a putative agreement is reached, why else would this cone of silence be in place? Unless of course the Board are TOTAL dickheads which can't be discounted of course!
