They might not agree on the genesis of the WWR but the average grain size of the gold speaks for itself over a huge tonnage of gold that has been mined. Can you point to these types of nuggets occurring within the WRR. Seems pointless to be targeting exploration directly at them if your model is the WWR from what I've read. The first order deposit you are looking for doesn't look nuggety if you are basing your exploration model on the WWR, so why not target the first order style of mineralisation at the fine gold first (worry about the nugget effect later)? If you believe you have another style of mineralisation explain it and don't point to the WWR model or explain how it varies from the WWR. So far I haven't seen that explanation, at least in words that make sense to me.
I don't go for all the we need experts excuse. Drill some holes and find out, simple. If you don't have success with standard techniques but you still believe you have the gold but have just missed it due to some nugget effect than you can revisit with nonstandard techniques. Seems clear to me. Esh
