I think that the current move up is indicitive of what is called a re-rating .you have to remember this stock was trading at 10c not all that long ago but was punished because of its failed merger.whats happening now ,is that due to its recent work and potential its heading back.With good news due soon on 2 fronts 10c will be here sooner than you may think.
