    This will be a transformational acquisition for NRW. One of the most accretive acquisitions I've seen over the past 10 years in mining services.
    Expect NRW to use Goldings' East Coast presence to partner with companies such as Salini and others to win multi-billion $ jobs.

    Shareprice will pop on this. $1.20 target.
