Yes it's 60%. Avz does have 100% ownership of the 2 large tenements immediately surrounding the main known pegmatites too though, with some speculation of the resource extending into those areas. It also has the governement at 30% involvement and the chinese at 10%...the chinese are also heavily involved in the infrastructure upgrades into the drc to the tune of $340m and a major Chinese corp now investing directly in avz itself with the recent 10% stake, so there seem to be a few stars aligning over there.
I agree that bgs is looking very appealing and I'm keen to get back in when it relists.
