See the ann on the SER thread. SER is disrupting privatisation of VXL in which SER holds a large stake. SER seeks to remove 2 Quantum directors, a move that will prevent the Board from making decisions that could demolish the VXL share price through compulsory acquisition. Non compliance by Quantum suggests they may lose this battle. The end result could be that VXL shares are not worthless after all and small shareholders and SER could be beneficiaries.
