    The only thing Macbank get out of the CR is underwriter fee. CTP shareholders recognise the imminent explosion in the value of the company and will take up virtually all their entitlements. The microscopic number of shares not taken up will be grabbed by other existing shareholders - i will apply for more than my entitlement.
