Read an article here in WSJ that it is common practice for pharma (by extension biotech coys) to announce top line results with favourable/unfavourable news and follow up by the reverse actual findings. Not sure if this is the case here but hey possibility given the director buy up and no news of FIL dumping? I read the corps act and I think it mentioned that notice has to be given to market by the earlier of next business day and something else. Assume the former is satisfied.
